August 3 Lmf started a giveaway today. Only around 50 forum members entered, and 25 keys and an unusual were awarded. Those entrants who did not win a key or the unusual were given a refined metal as a consolation prize.▐ In the aftermath of Lmf's raffle, the dolphin picture that bakgrund introduced to the forums so long ago became a forum wide meme, more than ten members are currently sporting the pompous bottlenose.

August 5 Sweetstakes.tf had a celebratory raffle as its 100,000th raffle. It had a maximum of 10,000 slots originally, but as the items approached 1000, the limit was lowered to 1000. The jackpot reached a little over 4,000 keys, and the winner had a .47% chance.
August 6 λngelღмander applied for forum moderator.▐ Auroz, banned permanently in the infancy of the newsletter, returned today after a successful appeal.▐ Lmf started yet another raffle today, this time for an australium scattergun. He also requested that he be permanently banned from the forums when the raffle ended.▐ Polar posted a new pricing rule, items can only be repriced under the circumstance that the change in value was of more than five percent.
